Preparation
Step 1
Stir the buttermilk, hot sauce, and wing seasoning together in a large bowl. Add the wings to the bowl and coat the meat in the sauce. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put the bowl in the fridge for 3 hours. Oil the grill grates and remove the chicken from the bowl in the fridge. Grill the wings over medium-high heat for 15 minutes, turning the wings occasionally.
