Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Asiago cheese grated
  • 3/4 t thyme
  • 3/4 t oregano
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry thawed
  • 2 T honey Dijon mustard
  • 2 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 1 large egg

Step 1

Mix cheese, thyme, oregano and pepper in bowl.
Spread 1 T mustard over puff pastry leaving 1 inch plain border at one long edge. Place peperoni on top of mustard. Top off with cheese mixture. Brush plain border with egg. Roll up pastry sealing at egg coated edge.
Transfer pastry roll seam side down to baking sheet. Chill rolls until firm, about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400. Cut roll into about 30 1/4 inch thick rounds. Bake about 15 min
