Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted softened butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup lt brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup (6 oz) white chocolate baking chips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. In medium size bowl, combine flour,baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In large bowl, with mixer, beat together butter and both sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat 1 minute. On low speed, beat in the flour mixture until combined. Stir in the oats, dried cranberries and chocolate chips. Onto ungreased baking sheets, for each cookie, drop 1/4 cup of dough, spacing the mounds of dough about 3 inches apart. Bake for 16 minutes or until golden brown but still moist on top. Remove cookies to racks to cool. Repeat with remaining dough.
