Preparation

Step 1

1. Place an oven rack on the bottom rung of the oven. Preheat the oen to 500.

2. Sprinkle a work surface lightly with flour. Turn the dough onto the surface and knead lightly. With a lightly floured rolling pin, roll the dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer the circle to a nonstick pizza pan or baking sheet, gently pulling on the dough to re-form the 12-inch circle.

3. Spread the salsa over the dough; top with the beans, cheese, and onion; then sprinkel with the chili powder.
Bake on the bottom rack of the oven until the crust is golden, the cheese is bubbly, and the onion has started to brown, 10-15 minutes. Top with dollops of the sour cream and serve at once.
