Broiled Coconut Topping

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup soft butter
• 3/4 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
• 3 Tbl light cream
• 1 cup flake or shredded coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, mix well.
Spread over warm cake in pan.
Place 6 inches under broiler.
Broil 2 to 4 minutes, until golden brown.
