- 2 tsp yeast
- 1/3 c.sugar
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. warm milk
- 1 egg
- 4 cups flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 stick butter

Step 1
Turn onto a lightly floured surface, divide in half. Roll each half into a 12 inch circle; cut each circle into 12 wedges. Roll up wedges from the wide end and place point side down on a greased baking sheet. Curve ends to form crescents. Cover and let rise until double, about 30 min. Bake at 350 for 12-15 min. or until light brown. Brush with butter. Cool on wire rack.
