Step 1

saute, onion, garlic and wosterchire. Let cool

Mix in pork, beef, ketchup, mustard,s,p, 3 types of cheese, egg, bread crumbs.

Make into a long roll.

Make topping sauce. BBQ sauce, brown sugar & ketchup. Put on top of meatloaf and cook for 20 min if long thing roll. 45 min if wide.
