Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 8oz pkg. Swiss Cheese (sliced)
  • 1/2 pound each of two choices of meat
  • Roast Beef, Turkey, Ham etc...
  • 1 French Bread Loaf
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Minced Onion
  • 2 tsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1 tsp Lawry's seasoning Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cut French loaf in 1/2 , the long way. Layer meat and then layer the swiss cheese.
Close and set on a piece of foil large enough to cover loaf and seal. Set on a cookie sheet for baking.
Melt butter and add topping ingredients. Pour over outside of loaf and cover with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
