  • 4 Skinless chicken breasts
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • flour
  • 32 oz jar-marinara sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • Fresh Parmesan cheese (grated)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a medium mixing bowl, add 2 eggs (slighty beaten). Add 2 cups of milk. Dip each chicken breast in egg mixture and then coat with flour. Next, take floured breasts and dip again in egg mixture then coat with Italian bread crumbs. Place in sprayed non-stick large baking dish. Cover breasts with your favorite marinara sauce (Ragu w/garlic is my favorite). Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top of breasts. Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered,in 375 degree oven. Remove from oven and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Serve w/fresh angel hair pasta and garlic bread.

Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy.
