Ingredients

1 1/3 cup instant dry milk
1/2 cup hot water
4 Tbsp. butter
3/4 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Pour water into blender. Add milk and sugar. Blend. Add butter and blend thoroughly. Chill for later use.

Note: 1 1/4 cup homemade mixture equals 1 can regular sweetened condensed milk.
