Ingredients
- Marinade: mashed rasberries, s,p, onion, garlic, ginger, rasberry balsamic, grapeseed oil, watermelon juice.
- do not add a lot of oil, or the meat will cook. Keep skin on the bone and marinate over night.

Step 1
Bake in marinade at 350 for a bit. Broil at the end to crisp up the skin. When serving take the skin off
Reduce broth and remove oil. Slice down chicken and pour sauce over.
