Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 3-4 Tbsp. cold water

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, salt, and sugar in bowl. Cut shortening into flour mixture. Combine egg and vinegar in small bowl and add to flour. Add water a tablespoon at a time until dough will form a ball. Roll out into pie crust (2).
