Ingredients
- 2 Tsbp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 teas. steak sauce
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak
- 1/4 teas. pepper
- 2 oz. swiss cheese, cut into thin strips

Step 1
In a small bowl combine vinegar and steak sauce, set aside.
Rub steak with pepper. Broil steak 4" from heat for 7 minutes.
Turn steak over and spoon half of the steak sauce mixture over the steak. Broil for 5-7 minutes longer or until the meat reaches desired doneness.
Remove steak to a cutting board and let rest for 1o minutes then cut across the grain into 1/4" slices.
Place on a foil lined baking sheet and drizzle with the joices from the cutting board ans well as the rest of the sauce mixture.
Top meat with swiss cheese, broil until cheese is melted.
