Ingredients

  • 1 package (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lb) pounded to 1/4" thickness
  • 1 can (10 3/4oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Combine stuffing mix and 1 cup water. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in eggs. Spread mixture over chicken, to within 1/2 inch of edges. Roll chicken from short end to enclose stuffing mixture. Place chicken rolls, seam down, in 13 X 9" baking dish. Mix soup or milk; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degree for 30 minutes.
