Ingredients
- 4 center cut pork chops
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup flour
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cooking rack with "Pam" cooking spray. Place prepared rack over large non-stick baking pan. Dip pork chops in egg, allow to drip off. Mix all dry ingredients. Roll chops in mixture.
Bake on rack 1 hour or until juice runs clear when chops are pierced with fork, turning once after 30 minutes.
