- chicken
- tomato
- scallion
- onion
- ginger
- touch of soy sauce
- s&p
- garlic

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil and brown sugar and sauté.
Add chicken or beef at high heat to brown. Do not put in the seasonings that the meat was sauteed in. Add chicken or beef broth and potato.
Once the potatos are cooked half way add back the seasonings that the meet was sauteed in plus some carrots and s&p.
Add meat in just before ready to serve and cook with a cover on.
