Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups (12 oz) Semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
- Cake:
- 1 3/4 cups plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For topping, combine brown sugar, flour and butter in a snmall bowl with pastry blender until crumbly. Stir in nuts and 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
For cake, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Breat sugar, butter and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with sour crem. Fold in remining 1-1/2 ups chocolate chips. Spread into greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until done. Cool on wire rack.
