Ingredients

3 cups mashed bananas(4-5 med)
1 cup lemon juice
2 cups sugar
2 cups light cream
2 liters 7 Up
2 pints of sherbet(lemon, lime or pineapple)
1/3 cup flaked coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together mashed bananas, lemon juice and sugar. Chill thoroughly. Pour this into a punch bowl. Stir in cream very slowly. Float spoonfuls of sherbet and sprinkle on coconut.
