Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing
  • 7 medium potatoes, cooked in jackets and peeled and sliced (about 6 cups)
  • 3/4 cup sliced celery
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onion
  • 4 hard cooked eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cram
  • 1 1/2 t. prepared horesradish mustard
  • Salt
  • Celery seed

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pour Italian dressing over warm potatoes; cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Mix in celery and onion. Chop egg whites; add to potatoes.
3. Press egg yolks through a sieve into a bowl. Mix with mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard; fold into salad. Add salt and celery salt to taste. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
