Ingredients
- 8 oz Neufactel/cream cheese
- 1/4 c heavy cream
- 6 oz can crab meat, drained
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 1/2 t lemon zest
- 1/2 c chopped tomato
- 1 t dried tarragon
- 1/4 c chopped green onions

Preparation
Step 1
1) Combine cheese, cream, crab, lemon juice, and lemon zest in fondue pot and heat over medium-low heat until the cheese melts.
2) Stir in remaining ingredients and transfer to fondue stand.
