Step 1
Puree fresh peach with fresh rosemary.
cook fresh rasberries with sugar and water add s,p, . sautee olive oil with garlic add rasberry mixture with some honey and fresh peaches. Serve with grilled or baked scallops or fish.
Honey makes ingredients stick together.
