Chocolate Sheet Cake

This takes time to make but well worth it

Ingredients

• -Mix in large bowl:
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• pinch salt
• -Mix in sauce pan:
• 1 stick butter
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 4 tbsp cocoa
• 1 cup water
• Bring to boil pour over top portion and beat well.
• -Mix in small bowl:
• 2 eggs 1tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp soda
• 1/2 cup sour milk (1/2 cup milk plus tsp viniger)
• Pour over 1 and 2 mix well

Preparation

Step 1

Butter cookie sheet and spread mixture on. Bake 400 for 15 minutes watch closely.

FROSTING:
Mix up 9 minutes before cake is ready to come out of oven!

Frosting:In sauce pan mix:
1 stick butter
6 tbsp milk
3 tbsp cocoa
Boil a few minutes

Beat in:

Spread on cake immediately
1 tsp vanilla.
2 pound powdered sugar
