- diced red onion
- garlic
- fresh corn
- scallops
- white wine
- chicken broth

Step 1
Dice up red onion, garlic, shallots, s, p, . Then add wine and cook down. Add a little chicken stock and sage and let sit with no heat.
Grill corn
Mix regular flour, cornstarch, s, p and dip only one side of the scallops in this mixture.
Heat a little oil in pan and when hot add scallop dip side down. When turn scallop add white wine and a little corn/chicken broth. Take out scallops if not serving right then so it is hot and finish cooking scallop when ready to serve. Pour sauce over scallops when serving or put mixture down with scallops on top.
