Ingredients
- 1 1/2 1½ Cups grits
- 2 Teaspoons salt
- 6 Cups water
- 1 Pound Velveeta cheese
- 1 1/2 1½ sticks butter or margarine
- 7Oz can green chilies.
- 3 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Bring grits, salt and water to a boil and cook 10 minutes. Add velveeta cheese, margarine, green chilies. Set 1 hour.
Beat eggs and add to mixture. Add to casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for one hour.
