Pinwheel Cookies

Ingredients

• FILLING:
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 small boxes (1 large box) dates
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• MIX:
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup margarine
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp. soda
• Dash salt
• 4 cups flour
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix into 3 rolls. Roll out and spread with filling. Roll up and freeze. Slice and bake 10-15 minutes at 350.
