Step 1
- Clean Turkey
- Inside put 2 carrots, whole celery and fresh sage
- Pour oil over top of turkey
- Inject with butter cereol
- Rub (in a baggie, brown sugar, canjun spice, paprika)
- Then rub the rub all over turkey top then sprinkle with salt and pepper and paparika
- Baste every 30 minutes
