Golden Diced Potatoes

Ingredients

• 3/4 ¾ C. flour
• 1 tsp. Lawry’s
• 1/2 ½ tsp. onion powder
• 1/4 ¼ tsp. garlic powder
• 1/4 ¼ tsp. pepper
• 1/2 ½ C. butter.
• 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into ½ inch pieces.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients in Ziplock. Add ½ C. potatoes at a time and shake.

In 2 skillets, melt butter. Add potatoes and stir over medium heat. 25-30 minutes
