Ingredients

  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 1/2 cup red onion, minced
  • 1 lb cooked boneless chicken fillets, shredded
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 containers cream cheese, softened at room temperature (250 ml)
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese
  • Tortilla chips & sliced celery for dipping

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In large saucepan, heat canola oil. Saute onions until soft. Add chicken, ranch dressing, cream cheese, and wing sauce. Stir until cream cheese melts and is heated through. Add 1 cup cheddar cheese. Stir until melted.

Cover a baking dish with cooking spray. Pour mixture into baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese and Gorgonzola cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips and celery.
