This Slow Cooker Beef Chili is a quick & easy fall dinner! Beef, beer, liquid smoke, vegetables, & spices cook low & slow for a really flavorful dish!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 (15 oz) can dark red kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans drained and rinsed
- 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
- 1 small yellow onion diced
- 1 green bell pepper seeded and chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and diced (omit if you don’t like spicy, leave seeds in if you do)
- 4 cloves garlic minced or pressed
- 1 (12 oz) bottle beer I used an IPA
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Stubb's Hickory Liquid Smoke
- 1 cup beef broth**
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1-2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Step 1
Instructions
Place beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook, breaking it up as you go, until it's no longer pink.
Drain the grease off and set aside.
Grease your crockpot with cooking spray.
Place all ingredients into your crockpot and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Taste and season if necessary.
Serve with desired toppings!
