While your oven is preheating to 430 degrees Fahrenheit, whisk the eggs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper together and pour this mixture into a resealable bag. Poke some holes into the chicken breasts and place them into the bag, letting them marinate in the fridge for around 15-20 minutes. While they marinate, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and garlic in a small bowl. Then, dip the chicken into this mixture until both sides are evenly coated.

Next, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat to fry the chicken breasts in until they’re crispy -- around 5 minutes per side. Then, place the chicken into a baking dish and pour the tomato sauce and onion over and around it. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and basil over the chicken and bake for 15-20 minutes.
