Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook peas in water with salt and sugar. Drain; chop celery, onions, and green peppers fine and grate the carrot. Slice mushrooms if small; chop if large. Add all ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
