Ingredients
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 3 to 4 lbs. chicken pieces
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

Step 1
Combine first 3 ingredients. Place chicken in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Pour buttermilk mixture over chicken. Seal bag and marinate in the refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Combine flour and next 3 ingredients in a large heavy-duty zip-lock plastic bag. Add chicken a few pieces at a time, shaking bag to coat. Arrange chicken on a 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan lined with aluminum foil. Drizzle chicken with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden.
