Mrs. Finley’s Jell-O Salad

Ingredients

• 2 pints cottage cheese
• 2 envelopes or one large envelope lime jell-o
• 2 20-ounce cans crushed pineapple, do not drain
• 2 envelopes whip topping (dream whip)
• Pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix topping as instructed and refrigerate until cold. (I use cool whip)
Open pineapple and bring to a boil. Stir in jell-o and remove from heat. Add cottage cheese and mix. Pour into large pan and add topping (cool whip) and pecans and fold until mixed well.

Chill until gelled
