Mother Wack's Crumb Cake

A great crumb cake for breakfast, lunch, or dinner- anytime.

Ingredients

• Cake
• 1 Box yellow cake mix
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 eggs
• Crumbs
• 2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 sticks of butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• Confectioner's sugar for serving

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cake-
In large electric mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thouroughly. No clumps. Pur into large pyrex dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Crumbs
in large bowl, combine all ingredients and use hands to mix crumbs. Combining ingredients thoroughly and having a "crumbly" consistency.

Take pre-baked cake out of oven and spread crumbs on top. Place back into oven and cook another 20 minutes or until golden brown.
