Step 1
Beat eggs, milk, butter, salt and flour until smooth. Heat crepe machine and follow instructions with machine. You can make in an 8 inch skillet; for each crepe brush a little butter as needed. Add s tablespoons batter, tilt pan to spread. Cook over moderatley low heat until brown on both sides turning once.
