Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix water and butter. Add stuffing; mix lightly. Spoon stuffing across center of buttered 1 quart shallow baking dish. (I used my round brown casserole from Gooseberry Patch)
2. Arrange chicken around stuffing. (If using leftover, cooked chicken or turkey, just place the stuffing OVER the cooked turkey and sauce.) Sprinkle paprika over chicken. Mix soup, milk and parsley. Pour over CHICKEN, not stuffing.
3. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove cover and bake for 10 more minutes.
Serves 2 generously (plus a little leftover) Good sandwich for tomorrow?
