Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 T. finely chopped onion
- 1 T. catsup
- hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 T. parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 T finely chopped onion
- 1 T. worcestershire sauce
- hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine beef and all other ingredients and form into small balls. Saute until brown in butter.
For sauce, combine all ingredients and heat sauce until bubbly.
Place meatballs in a baking dish and cover with sauce.
Cook in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.
