Orange Pork Rolls

Ingredients
- 6 slices (4 oz. each) of lean pork
- 1 pinch pepper to taste
- 1 onion I large orange
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup hard cider
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 pinch Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1) Place slices of pork between damp wax paper and beat until very thin. Peel and finely chop onion .. Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in a skillet and fry onion until golden. Add bread crumbs, parsley, herbs and seasoning. Cook for 2 minutes,
then remove from heat.
2) Grate orange rind into stuffing, add egg and mix well. Divide stuffing between pork slices. Roll them up carefully, turningsides in to cover stuffing, and secure with wooden toothpicks.
3) Arrange rolls on the rack of the Flavorwave and dot with remaining butter. Squeeze orange and pour juice over. Cook in the Flavorwave oven at 400°F for about 35 minutes, basting occasionally, until pork is tender.
4) Place pork rolls on a warmed serving dish and keep hot. Sprinkle flour into a saucepan and stir over medium heat for 1 minute. Gradually add cider and broth and bring to a boil, stirring. Season to taste, pour into a sauce boat and serve with pork rolls.
