Ingredients
- Barbecue Sauce:
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- Pork Chops:
- 6 (6 oz.) bone-in center-cut pork chops, about 1/2″
- 1 tsp thick dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 dash cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
1) To prepare sauce, combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Place sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
2) Trim fat from pork. Combine thyme, garlic powder, and pepper, sprinkle over pork. Place pork on top rack of Flavorwave oven and cook at 400°F for 6 minutes on each side, basting with remaining sauce. Serve pork chops with reserved barbecue sauce.
