Ingredients
- 18 oz tomato sauce
- 18 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp garlic clove finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp basil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup mixed mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, finely grated
- 1/4 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese, finely grated
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halved

Preparation
Step 1
Open the jar of tomato sauce, add crushed tomatoes, finely chopped garlic, pepper, basil. Mix together until well mixed – set aside. Dice onions, mushrooms, garlic, add to the sauce and combine.
In the metal skillet, add about 4 to 8 oz of the tomato sauce mixture, add the chicken breasts then cover with remaining tomato mixture, the two cheeses, and top with the bread crumbs, cover evenly.
In your FlavorWave Turbo, cook at 500°F for 20 minutes or until you feel it is done. If you like baked cheese, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
