Ingredients
- 3/4 cup regular or quickcooking oats, uncooked
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup oil (or applesauce - I like the applesauce best - healthier and tastier)
- 1 1/4 cup all-pupose flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Combine oats and milk, set aside for 5 minutes. Add eggs and oil to oat mixture, mixing well. Combine dry ingredients and add to oat mixture. Stir just until blended. Pour 1/4 cup batter on hot griddle for each pancake.
