Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

• Sweet Potatoes
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 5-6 eggs
• Cinnamon
• Nutmeg
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes in water, drain. Add butter and sugar; beat in 5-6 eggs 1 at a time. Add a little cinnamon and nutmeg and vanilla. Pour milk in until runny. Cook at 375 until knife comes out clean.
