Ingredients

  • FOR BROWNIES:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Dash salt
  • FOR TOPPING:
  • 1 1 lb. box powdered sugar
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • Dash salt
  • 2 heaping tsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Milk to make proper thickness

Preparation

Step 1

BROWNIES:
Beat sugar and eggs for 5 minutes. Blend cocoa and flour; mix into sugar and eggs. Stir in melted margarine by hand. Stir in pecans, vanilla and salt. Pour batter into greased and floured 8x10" pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Spread topping while hot.

TOPPING:
Mix all ingredients together. Spread over tops.
