Bob's Pressure Cooker Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt
- Pepper to taste
- 6 hamburger buns

Preparation
Step 1
1. Add the vegetable oil to the pressure cooker and heat on high or "brown" with the lid off until sizzling. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with spoon or spatual as it browns.
2. Once the ground beef is breaking up well, carefully drain most of the fat from the pot, and then add the diced onion. Stir in for 2 minutes until onions start to turn translucent.
3. Add the remaining ingredients, except hamburger buns and stir, Securely lock on the pressure cooker's lid, set the cooker to high and cook for 8 minutes.
4. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before quick rreleasing the remaining pressure and safely removing lid. Salt and pepper to taste and serve on hamburger buns.
Optional:
Lightly toast buns and top with cheddar cheese for that little extra touch.
