Preparation

Step 1

1. If you purchase a spiral ham, continue with the recipe.

2. If you purchase a solid ham, score the ham making diagonal cuts about 1″ deep forming a diamond pattern.

3. Place ham on the bottom rack, fat side down. Add can of Cola and pour over the ham. Place extender ring on bowl if required.

4. Cook at 400°F at 15 minutes per pound. If frozen, cook for 20 minutes per pound. Baste the ham every 15 minutes from
liquid in bottom of bow!.

5. Mix brown sugar, dry mustard, pepper and bread crumbs together and paint the mixture on the ham before the last 15 minutes of cooking. Pat down the mixture on the ham so that it penetrates the cuts then add the rest of Cola. Pour slowly. Bake the ham for the last 15 minutes. Let it rest in the Flavorwave with lid on for an additional 5-10 minutes. Serve or refrigerate.
