Ingredients
- 1 box German Chocolate cake mix
- 3/4 c butter, melted
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk (5 oz. can)
- 4-6 oz. chocolate chips
- 8 oz. caramels

Step 1
Mix cake mix with butter and 1/3 c. evaporated milk. Spread a thin layer in a greased 9x13" pyrex. Bake at 350 for 5-10"
Mix caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk and melt. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Spread remaining cake mixture over. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
