Ingredients
- Cook broccoli according to pkg. and drain.
- In 2 qt. casserole, combine soup sour cream and salt. Stir in rice, chicken and broccoli.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with onions and bake an additional 5-8 minutes.
- 2 cups cooked and chopped chicken
- 1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 ½ cup red bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 ½ cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
- 2- 8 ounce packages of crescent rolls

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except crescent rolls.
Arrange crescent rolls in a circle-short side in the middle with rolls overlapping each other (will look like a big star). Place chicken mixture on top of the rolls. Fold point of each roll into the middle, gently sealing the edges.
Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees.
*I add a little spinach and herb spices. I also use the reduced fat rolls and sharp cheddar cheese.
