    c. crunchy Peanut Butter

  • ½

    c. butter

  • packed dark brown sugar

  • ½

    c. granulated sugar

  • tsp. baking powder

  • ½

    tsp. baking soda

    tsp vanilla

    c. quick rolled oats

  • c. M&Ms


1. Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheets with baking parchment. 2. Beat together peanut butter and butter. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder and baking soda and beat until thoroughly blended. 3. Add eggs one at a time. add vanilla and beat until combined. 4. Stir in oats and M&Ms. 5. Drop dough by 1/4-cup spoonfuls onto cookie sheets, spaced at least 3" apart. Bake about 15 minutes each. allow to cool at least 3-4 minutes on sheets before moving to a cooking rack (otherwise they tend to fall apart because they are so big). I use my Pampered Chef small cookie scoop, BC.
