Spicy Blueberry Pie

Ingredients

• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 c. flour
• 1/2 t. cinnamon
• 1/2 t. allspice
• 5 c. fresh blueberries
• 1 T. lemon juice
• 1 T. butter
• 1 T. milk
• 1 t. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine firs 8 ingredients, tossing gently

Fit 1 piecrust into a 9" pieplate acc. to pkg. instructions. Spoon blueberry mixture into pastry shell

Cut remaining pie crusts into strips and make into a lattice formation, brush with milk and sugar.

Bake at 400 for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
