Ingredients

  • For Dipping Sauce:
  • 3 Boneless Chicken Breasts, sliced into 1 inch strips
  • Flour
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Honey Coated Pecans
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • dash of soy sauce
  • Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Sriracha Hot Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

For Coating:

In food processor, chop pecans, then add to panko crumbs in dish.

In another dish, blend flour, ginger, garlic, salt & pepper.

In 3rd dish, mix milk, egg, soy sauce and honey.

For Chicken:

Slice chicken breasts into strips. Then in assembly line, coat chicken in flour mixture, then dip into egg, then coat int panko/pecan mixture.

Place chicken tenders on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Spray top of chicken tenders.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes then turn over chicken tenders, and bake another 5 minutes until done and crispy. Serve with Dipping Sauce.

For Dipping Sauce:
Mix sweet chili sauce with Sriracha sauce to desired heat.
